Dr Palamatier is stating something a hell of a lot more obvious than Ellis did, and that is, a lot of women are bitches ie Cluster B. She goes on to say that our culture rewards bitches and the more psycho they are the more they are excused and rewarded. Casey Anthony is a prime example of that.
