Republicans and Immigration: Their Hypocrisy Exposed!

The only Republican who really wants to crackdown on illegal immigration is Donald Trump and the biggest critics of Trump's proposals on stopping illegal immigration are his fellow Republicans. Their hypocrisy is mind boggling. Out of one side of their lying gutter mouths they criticizes Obama on immigration in spite of the fact that there were more deportations in Obama's first year than there were in 8 years of criminal George W Bush. Trump comes out with a tough plan to stop the flow of illegal immigration and the Republican, filthy lying cock suckers that they are, attack Trump as viciously and as dishonestly as they attack Obama.

Republicans want illegals here because illegal workers can be paid under the table. Republicans especially want Cubans here in spite of the fact that Cubans are far more likely to be lazy freeloading criminals unlike Mexicans who are hard working moral people. Why is this you ask. Republicans are criminal by nature but that is not why they want hordes of Cubans stinking up South Florida and the rest of America. The answer is quite simple. Cuban's being criminal by nature, vote Republican.

According to Congressional sources, it is possible a vote on free travel could occur as part of one of these appropriations bills. Senators Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) and Patrick Leahy's (D-Vt.) bill to lift travel restrictions currently has a healthy 44 cosponsors. Leahy is also the ranking democrat on the Senate’s State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs subcommittee. Companion legislation led by Mark Sanford (R-S.C.) and Jim McGovern (D-Mass.) in the House has 35 cosponsors.
While bipartisan support for normalization is growing, especially among farm state members, two Senators, Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Ted Cruz (R-Texas) have vowed to block funding for the embassy and confirmation of an ambassador. Both are of Cuban origin but were born in the U.S. and have never been to the island. 
The Cuban Adjustment Act (CAA), Public Law 89-732, is a United States federal law enacted on November 2, 1966. Passed by the 89th United States Congress and signed into law by President Lyndon Johnson, the law applies to any native or citizen of Cuba who has been inspected and admitted or paroled into the United States after January 1, 1959 and has been physically present for at least one year; and is admissible to the United States as a permanent resident.

Ted Cruz NOT a Natural Born Citizen



Ted Cruz is disqualified to be president and not just because he's a flaming asshole and a traitor or because Trump says so. Ted Cruz is not a natural born citizen.

Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for serving as president of the United States, under clause 5:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

The Twelfth Amendment states, "No person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States." The Fourteenth Amendment does not use the phrase natural-born citizen. It does provide, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."
Under Article One of the United States Constitution, representatives and senators are required to be U.S. citizens, but there is no requirement that they be natural born.

Apple's Double Irish Scam

The double Irish arrangement is a tax avoidance strategy that some multinational corporations use to lower their corporate tax liability. The strategy uses payments between related entities in a corporate structure to shift income from a higher-tax country to a lower-tax country. It relies on the fact that Irish tax law does not include US transfer pricingrules.[1] Specifically, Ireland has territorial taxation, and hence does not levy taxes on income booked in subsidiaries of Irish companies that are outside the state.
The double Irish tax structure was pioneered in the late 1980s by companies such as Apple Inc..[2] In 2010 a law intended to counter such arrangements was passed,[where?]though existing arrangements were exempt and lawyers have said that this change will cause no significant problems for multinational firms.[3]
In 2013, the Irish government announced that companies which incorporate in Ireland must also be tax resident there. This counter-measure took effect in January 2015, for newly incorporated companies, and will take effect in 2020 for companies with existing operations in Ireland.[4] Irish Finance Minister Michael Noonan, during the presentation of his 2015 budget, said that he believed this would align Ireland's corporate tax regime with international best practice.[5]

Example of a double Irish with a Dutch sandwich:
1. An advertiser pays for an ad in Germany.
2. The ad agency sends money to its subsidiary in Ireland, which holds the intellectual property (IP).
3. Tax payable in Ireland is 12.5 percent, but the Irish company pays a royalty to a Dutch subsidiary, for which it gets an Irish tax deduction.
4. The Dutch company pays the money to yet another subsidiary in Ireland, with no withholding tax on inter-EU transactions.
5. The last subsidiary, although it is in Ireland, pays no tax because it is controlled outside Ireland, in Bermuda or another tax haven.
Ireland does not levy withholding tax on certain receipts from European Union member States. Revenues from sales of the products shipped by the second Irish company (the second in the double Irish) are first booked by a shell company in theNetherlands, taking advantage of generous tax laws there. Overcoming[clarification needed] the Irish tax system, the remaining profits are transferred directly to Cayman Islands or Bermuda. This part of the scheme is referred to as the "Dutch sandwich".[7][8] The Irish authorities never see the full revenues and hence cannot tax them, even at the low Irish corporate tax rates.

A Message From Alan Grayson


The following press release was sent to me, Fat Bastardo by Congressman Alan Grayson of gun violence ridden Florida which is one of the most dangerous states thanks to Republicans allowing in criminal Cubans and electing criminals for governor such as criminal Jeb Bush and criminal Slick Rick Scott.
Dear Fat Bastardo,

I support the President’s executive action to close the gun show loophole. And, frankly, I don’t understand why Congressional Republicans are complaining about it. To me, their arguments seem like nonsense.

When you buy a gun in a gun shop, you go through a background check. If it turns out that you are prohibited from owning a gun – for instance, a convicted felon – then you don’t get it.

But if you buy a gun at a “gun show” or online, even from a gun dealer, then there is no background check. Therefore, one can buy it even if one is a felon, a fugitive, a drug addict, undocumented, dishonorably discharged, committed to a mental institution, etc.

Excuse me, but why would we, The American People, want to establish a system of “universal” background checks for would-be gun owners, and then exclude gun dealers selling at gun shows (or online) from that universe? Why? What’s the point? I just don’t get it.

Here is an interesting poll from two weeks ago. Question: “Would you support or oppose a law requiring background checks on people buying guns at gun shows or online?”

Democrats: 95% yes, 5% no. Republicans: 87% yes, 12% no.
The same poll, last summer, found that 92% of all gun owners support universal background checks at gun shows and online.
Jus’ plain folks understand this. Why don’t the Republicans in Congress?

So the President has taken executive action to extend the background check requirement to everyone who is in the business of selling guns, even if the transaction takes place at a gun show or over the internet. Here are the consequences:

Good: it will be much more difficult for felons, drug addicts and the criminally insane to buy weapons that can kill.

Bad: ???

Enough with the ideology, already. Seriously. If we’re going to have laws, then they should be practical laws that actually work.

B-b-b-but what about the “slippery slope”?? Ah, yes, the slippery slope. Yes, I confess, preventing felons from buying guns sends us hurtling – no, careening – down that slippery slope, toward . . . .

The medical industry will tell your that vaccines are safe. The facts say otherwise. Right now the industry is hawking Prevnar 13 a vaccine that they claim prevents pneumonia.
