The medical industry will tell your that vaccines are safe. The facts say otherwise. Right now the industry is hawking Prevnar 13 a vaccine that they claim prevents pneumonia. There own studies say it is 46% effective. Given the fraud in clinical trials it could be 0% effective. What they don't tell you is all the side effects.
The company that makes Prevnar 13 is Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and it's distributed by Pfizer Inc. In 2014 Pfizer was criminally fines $2.3 BILLION. Wyeth has also faced huge criminal fines. As well as its needed effects, pneumococcal 13-valent vaccine (the active ingredient contained in Prevnar 13) may cause unwanted side effects that require medical attention.
If any of the following side effects occur while taking pneumococcal 13-valent vaccine, check with your doctor or nurse immediately:
More common- Fever
- Chest pain
- chills
- coughing, wheezing, or shortness of breath
- difficult or labored breathing
- difficulty with swallowing
- fast heartbeat
- noisy breathing
- seizures
- skin itching, rash, or redness
- sneezing
- sore throat
- swelling of the face, throat, or tongue
- tightness in the chest
- Bladder pain
- blistering, peeling, or loosening of the skin
- bloody or cloudy urine
- bluish lips or skin
- body aches or pain
- choking
- confusion
- decreased urine output
- diarrhea
- difficult, burning, or painful urination
- dilated neck veins
- ear congestion
- extreme fatigue
- fainting
- frequent urge to urinate
- general feeling of discomfort or illness
- headache
- hives
- irregular breathing
- irregular heartbeat
- itching
- joint or muscle pain
- large, hive-like swelling on the face, eyelids, lips, tongue, throat, hands, legs, feet, or sex organs
- lightheadedness
- loss of appetite
- loss of voice
- lower back or side pain
- muscle aches and pains
- nasal congestion
- nausea
- not breathing
- puffiness or swelling of the eyelids or around the eyes, face, lips, or tongue
- rapid, shallow breathing
- red, irritated eyes
- runny nose
- shivering
- sore throat
- sores, ulcers, or white spots in the mouth or on the lips
- sweating
- swelling of the face, fingers, feet, or lower legs
- swollen, painful, or tender lymph glands in the neck, armpit, or groin
- trouble sleeping
- troubled breathing
- unusual tiredness or weakness
- vomiting
- weight gain
Some pneumococcal 13-valent vaccine side effects may not need any medical attention. As your body gets used to the medicine these side effects may disappear. Your health care professional may be able to help you prevent or reduce these side effects, but do check with them if any of the following side effects continue, or if you are concerned about them:

- red streaks on the skin
- swelling, tenderness, or pain at the injection site

- hives or welts
- weakness
- Bleeding, blistering, burning, coldness, discoloration of the skin, feeling of pressure, hives, infection, inflammation, itching, lumps, numbness, rash, redness, scarring, soreness, stinging, tingling, ulceration, or warmth at the injection site
- burning, dry, or itching eyes
- eye discharge or excessive tearing
- pain
- stomach cramps
- tenderness

Hypersensitivity
Hypersensitivity side effects have included anaphylactic/anaphylactoid reaction including shock, face edema, dyspnea, and bronchospasm.[Ref]
Local
Local side effects have included redness, swelling, and tenderness at the injection site, injection-site dermatitis, pruritus, and urticaria.[Ref]
Dermatologic
Dermatologic side effects have included urticaria or urticaria-like rash, angioneurotic edema, and erythema multiforme.[Ref]
Respiratory
Respiratory side effects have included apnea.[Ref]
Nervous system
Nervous system side effects have included seizures (including febrile seizures).[Ref]
General
General side effects have included fever, decreased appetite, increased sleep, decreased sleep, and irritability.[Ref]
