Fox News host Megyn Kelly has accused network CEO Roger Ailes of making unwanted sexual advances toward her about 10 years ago when she was a Fox correspondent, New York magazine reported Tuesday.
The magazine cited two anonymous sources who were briefed on parent company 21st Century Fox’s outside investigation of the 76-year-old executive, led by New York–based law firm Paul, Weiss.
New York magazine reported Monday that Rupert Murdoch and his two sons decided to remove Mr. Ailes as CEO following a sexual harassment lawsuit by former anchor Gretchen Carlson.
Sources said lawyers for 21st Century Fox on Monday gave Mr. Ailes a deadline of Aug. 1 to resign or face being fired. Mr. Ailes‘ legal team has yet to respond to the offer, New York magazine reported.
Ms. Kelly is currently in contract negotiations with Fox News.

I can't think of many good things to say about Black Lives Matters. They come across as divisive, ignorant, rude, dishonest, racist and loud. I am all about people owning their baggage.
The police need to:
Admit there are too many trigger-happy cops.
Stop policing for profit.
End the drug war.
Fire any cop who uses excessive force.
Admit they violate the constitution.
Start arresting corporate criminals.
African Americans need to:
STFU from time to time and listen.
Admit they fact that they are 13% of the population yet they are responsible for over 50% of the crime.
Admit that most of the killings of African Americans by cops are totally and completely justified.
Stop having babies out of wedlock. 70% of African American children come from a broken home and are raised by a female.
Stop blaming White people.
Stop their blind hatred for the police. Fuck the police? Fuck you to because the cops do more good than harm. I can't say the same about you.
Stop calling the POLEECE if you hate them so much.
Stop committing so much of the crime.
Police departments can be reformed. I have less hope for the African American community. When I think about how they cheered the OJ Simpson acquittal, how the rioted after the first Rodney King trial, and how they rallied around criminal thug and douche bag Michael Brown I realize that a community as dishonest, hateful and racist as the African American community will continue to self-destruct. CHICAGO — In a rash of shootings that began New Year’s Eve and stretched into 2016, two men were shot and killed and 14 people were injured.
The year’s first homicide happened just two hours into the new year in the South Side Grand Boulevard neighborhood.
• Around 2 a.m. Friday in the 4600 block of South Saint Lawrence Avenue, police say 24-year-old Deandre Holiday, of 5100 block of South Indiana, was in an argument with someone who pulled out a handgun and shot him in the chest. He died at the scene.
A 38-year-old man was also shot in the hand during the incident. He transported himself to Provident Hospital, where's he's in good condition.
• Around 6:40 a.m. in the 1900 block of West Garfield, a man in his 30s was shot in the chest and taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
He was later identified as Donzell M. Davis, 36, of the 9700 block of South Indiana Avenue. He was pronounced dead at 7:20 a.m., according to county morgue records.
• Twenty minutes earlier, at 6:20 a.m., in the 5400 block of Winchester, a 29-year-old man was shot in the shoulder and taken to Stroger in unknown condition.
• At 2:45 a.m., three men — 26, 22 and 20 — were at a gas station in the 7500 block of South State Street when someone in a passing vehicle opened fire. The 26-year-old was shot in the leg, the 22-year-old was shot in the arm and the 20-year-old took a bullet in the back. They walked themselves into Saint Bernard Hospital, where medical crews nursed them to stable condition.
• Around 2:05 a.m. in the 9800 block of South Beverly Avenue, a 24-year-old man was shot in the back and another 24-year-old man was shot in the hand. Both men were able to take themselves to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where they were listed in stable condition.
• At 12:50 a.m., at a party in the 9200 block of South Drexel Avenue, a 38-year-old man was shot in the chest and back. The victim got into an argument with someone who pulled out a gun and shot him. The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in critical condition.
• At 12:05 a.m., just minutes after the start of 2016, a woman was standing in a home in the 8000 block of South Paxton Avenue when a bullet burst through a window and grazed her hand. She landed at Advocate Trinity Hospital in good condition.
• At 10:15 p.m. Thursday in the 7000 block of South Laflin Street, an 18-year-old man was shot in the hand. He was able to take himself to Holy Cross Hospital in good condition. Police say the gunshot wound may have been self-inflicted.
• Around 8:15 p.m. in the 6200 block of South Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, a 30-year-old man pulled into a driveway and was shot in the leg. Police did not have information on where the man received medical treatment.
• At 4:45 p.m. in the 7200 block of South Aberdeen Street, a 28-year-old man was shot in the leg by someone in a passing, light-colored vehicle, police said.
• Around 3:10 p.m., two people — a 24-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman — were shot in the 1000 block of North Lorel Avenue. There was an argument, police said, and the shooter pulled out a gun. The man was shot in the leg and the woman was shot in the stomach. Both victims landed at Stroger hospital, where the man’s condition is stable and the woman’s condition is serious.

If you lived in the 70's and 80's you probably are familiar with these two words... DISCO SUCKS. Compared to the shit that is being released today disco rules. People will say that Micha X Johnson was a sick individual and they would be right but there is more to it than that. Johnson was motivated by the last two police killing of two African American men. Had those shootings not happened, Johnson would not have assassinated those Dallas police officers. The narrative of Black Lives Matter often distorts the reality of police and their dealings with African Americans. Police misconduct is a real problem and how police interact with African Americans is an issue but with that said, how African Americans often interact with police is also an issue. Blacks are afraid of the police and the police are afraid of Blacks. Both of these realities are said and need to change.
Blind hatred towards police is just plain stupid but an understanding of what the average police officer deals with on a regular basis will help. Black Lives Matter wants sensitivity from police but do you think maybe the police deserve a little sensitivity from Black Lives Matter? I do.
On Monday, the Supreme Court made history by overturning the Texas law (HB2) designed to close 75% of the state's abortion clinics by forcing them to meet the costly standards of surgical centers.
While this is a huge legal victory for women's reproductive rights, unfortunately, the political battle isn't over - not at all.
After the Texas ruling, Trump said, "if Scalia was replaced by me... it would have been the opposite." Trump hopes to name "as many as five" Supreme Court Justices and declared "I will appoint judges that will be pro-life" - chosen by the right-wing Federalist Society.
Trump's judges would overturn Roe v. Wade and criminalize abortion, sending OB/GYNs to jail for murder - and possibly their women patients too.
And state and local Republican politicians are even fiercer in their opposition to abortion than Trump and will not be deterred by this Supreme Court ruling. Instead, they will continue to pass laws and regulations to cut funding for Planned Parenthood, harass clinics, and coerce women into forced childbirth, even in cases of rape and incest.
So there is really only one way to stop them: by defeating every anti-abortion Republican from Donald Trump down to local offices.

MORE than 2,000 chubby layabouts are living off benefits because they are “too fat to work”.
Inspiringly, the huge number of obese claimants has almost doubled in Britain since 1997.
Experts have blasted the fatties as “lazy” while critics claim over-eaters need medical help to shed the pounds.

When the KKK holds a demonstration all sorts of protests erupt and these counter protestors are playing right into the hands of the KKK's trolling tactics. Say what you want about the KKK, they don't show up and interrupt other groups and interrupt and try to shut down their cause. Let's tell the truth here. Black lives matter very little to many Blacks. The only time Blacks pretend lives matter to them is when a White cop kills a Black thug. There are no protests for all the killings of Blacks by other Black. The fact is, most killings of Blacks is done by other Blacks.
When I first began thinking about this article I was going to use the term African American to describe the people who are commonly referred to as Blacks but I decided to use the inaccurate term Blacks because I am hoping to light a fire under the African Americans who know that the Black Lives Matter movement is doing them more harm than good.
Since Black Lives Matter is a pathetic, fascist style and dishonest movement, the only way they are able to get any publicity is to crash events put on by other people. We all recall the Bernie Sanders rally when a couple of hair hatted hood rats stormed the stage and pissed everybody off. Now these assholes crashed an LGBT event. I'd like to see them crash a KKK event or Trump rally... talk about killing two birds with one stone. Major Findings
The evidence suggests that if there is police racial bias in arrests it is negligible. Victim and witness surveys show that police arrest violent criminals in close proportion to the rates at which criminals of different races commit violent crimes.
There are dramatic race differences in crime rates. Asians have the lowest rates, followed by whites, and then Hispanics. Blacks have notably high crime rates. This pattern holds true for virtually all crime categories and for virtually all age groups.
In 2013, a black was six times more likely than a non-black to commit murder, and 12 times more likely to murder someone of another race than to be murdered by someone of another race.
In 2013, of the approximately 660,000 crimes of interracial violence that involved blacks and whites, blacks were the perpetrators 85 percent of the time. This meant a black person was 27 times more likely to attack a white person than vice versa. A Hispanic was eight times more likely to attack a white person than vice versa.
In 2014 in New York City, a black was 31 times more likely than a white to be arrested for murder, and a Hispanic was 12.4 times more likely. For the crime of “shooting” — defined as firing a bullet that hits someone — a black was 98.4 times more likely than a white to be arrested, and a Hispanic was 23.6 times more likely.
If New York City were all white, the murder rate would drop by 91 percent, the robbery rate by 81 percent, and the shootings rate by 97 percent.
In an all-white Chicago, murder would decline 90 percent, rape by 81 percent, and robbery by 90 percent.
In 2015, a black person was 2.45 times more likely than a white person to be shot and killed by the police. A Hispanic person was 1.21 times more likely. These figures are well within what would be expected given race differences in crime rates and likelihood to resist arrest.
In 2015, police killings of blacks accounted for approximately 4 percent of homicides of blacks. Police killings of unarmed blacks accounted for approximately 0.6 percent of homicides of blacks. The overwhelming majority of black homicide victims (93 percent from 1980 to 2008) were killed by blacks.
Both violent and non-violent crime has been declining in the United States since a high in 1993. 2015 saw a disturbing rise in murder in major American cities that some observers associated with “depolicing” in response to intense media and public scrutiny of police activity.
Let's be honest; it is not only racists who don't like Blacks. Racists hate anyone who is not a member of their race. When it comes to African American Blacks, it's about culture and values and the reaction of decent people to that culture and the attitudes and behaviors that come from the people of that culture. Black Lives Matter protesters interrupted a news conference last week as the Toronto police chief was unveiling a mural for the city's LGBT community.
According to a police news release, the mural is meant to celebrate the history, diversity and strength of Toronto’s LGBT community.
It was accompanied by a public apology from Chief Mark Saunders for the 1981 bathhouse raids, in which 286 men were arrested on charges of prostitution and indecency.
Black Lives Matter protesters, however, claimed it was all a publicity stunt, chanting, "No pride in police."
Toronto’s local Black Lives Matter co-founder Rodney Diverlus said the department's gesture was being "used to mask the reality of police relations among the queer and trans community, black people, indigenous people, sex workers, etc."
Constable David Hopkinson, a police spokesperson, disagreed, saying, "I believe the chief was heartfelt in his apology for the bathhouse raids. He was sincere in his words."
Whites constitute the majority of the U.S. population, with a total of about 245,532,000 or 77.7% of the population while Blacks constitute about 13%. When cops are extra cautious when dealing with Blacks it is for a very good reason. A Black is far more likely to kill a cop than a White. While there are some racist cops, most of the fear cops have of Blacks is a rational fear well founded in facts. Even though cops are too often out of line these days, their lives matter as much as anyone else's.

Pastors call for stonings and warn of God’s wrathful judgment after marriage equality ruling:
Pastor Steven Anderson, of Faithful Word Baptist Church, called for stoning to death ministers who performed same-sex marriage ceremonies and repeated his call for the execution of all LGBT people.
“I hate them with a perfect hatred,” Anderson shouted. “I count them mine enemies.”
Anderson said the Bible consistently called Christians to “have the guts to stand up to our culture that is now accepts homos.”
