Ben Carson's Cancer Scam

Posted by  | October 31, 2015 07:30 | Filed under: News Behaving Badly Politics
Gideon Resnick gives us the rundown on Ben Carson’s shady statements about his disease and the way he went about curing it.
Ben Carson credited a nutritional supplement for helping save his life fromcancer, yet he never mentioned it during interviews about his illness until he started shilling for its manufacturer.
Carson was a spokesman for Mannatech, which claimed its “glyconutrients” could treat cancer, autism, multiple sclerosis, and AIDS. “The wonderful thing about a company like Mannatech is that they recognize that when God made us, He gave us the right fuel,” Carson said in a 2013 speech praising the company. During the 2nd Republican debate, he denied any involvement with Mannatech.
Carson even credited the supplements as being powerful enough that he didn’t need surgery for advanced prostate cancer. Dallas Weekly reported in a 2004 interview that Carson “said his decision to have a medical procedure resulted from his concern for those people who might neglect traditional medical procedures because they had learned of his personal experience with supplements.”

The neurosurgeon told Dallas Weekly that he had his prostate removed to be a role model.
“I knew that other people with my condition might not have been as religious about taking the supplements as I had been,” Carson said…
The doctor also scheduled the prostate surgery just six weeks after the initial diagnosis, suggesting that he thought the surgery—and not supplements alone—was necessary to save his life…
Mannatech was sued by the state of Texas in 2009 and forced to pay consumers $4 million and promise to prevent their representatives from alleging that products like glyconutrients cure any disease of any kind.

Ben Carson: Pyramids Used To Store Grain

Ancient or primitive granaries are most often made out of pottery. Granaries are often built above the ground to keep the stored food away from mice and other animals.

Dr. Ben Carson on Wednesday night confirmed his belief that the pyramids in Egypt were built for grain storage by Joseph, the Biblical figure who helped the Egyptians survive famine, even though archaeologists have concluded that the pyramids were built as tombs for the pharaohs.

"My own personal theory is that Joseph built the pyramids to store grain," Carson said in a 1998 speech surfaced by Buzzfeed News on Wednesday. "Now all the archeologists think that they were made for the pharaohs’ graves. But, you know, it would have to be something awfully big if you stop and think about it. And I don’t think it’d just disappear over the course of time to store that much grain."

In his 1998 speech, Carson also dismissed the theory that aliens helped construct the pyramids because "it doesn’t require an alien being when God is with you."

When asked if he stands by his 1998 comments by CBS News on Wednesday night, Carson said, "It's still my belief, yes.".............

The pyramids were mostly solid rock. The ancient Egyptians stored their grain the same way that we store grain today - in granaries and silos!

Ben Carson is not only a liar but he's ignorant and delusional but where did Ben get this crazy idea? The same place where Republicans get their most of their crazy ideas... THE BIBLE!

Even Fox News Now Calling Ben Carson A Liar

We all knew that when Republicans are involved that there would be a lot of lying, spinning and prevarication and we expected that Fox News would ignore the lying Republican liars and for the most part they have but even Fox News has some standards albeit low ones. Ben Carson's lying is so blatant, prolific and outrageous that even Fox News will no longer ignore them but his brain dead supporters will ignore the truth about Dr Ben the Liar Carson.

Ben Carson's stealing valor: GOP hopeful admits to lying ...

Fox News nails Ben Carson on his lie about being General Westmoreland offering him a scholarship to West Point. West Point does not give nor accepts scholarships. It was not until Carson's campaign admitted that Carson lied did Fox report it but they did report it.

General Westmorland was not in Detroit on Memorial Day in 1969, but he was there earlier in February of 1969 to attend a banquet in honor of two Medal of Honor recipients. Excerpted from a story appearing in The Detroit News on November 7, 2015 in an article entitled, 'Carson's Westmorland Story Doesn't Match Records:

"...The Detroit News on Friday reviewed Westmoreland’s schedule for the dates in question among his official papers housed at the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center in Carlisle, Pa.

The Army records and Detroit News archival records show Westmoreland was in Detroit on Feb. 18, 1969, for a dinner honoring a Vietnam War veteran. The banquet was for Congressional Medal of Honor winner Dwight Johnson, a Detroit African-American who risked his life “beyond the call of duty,” according to a website about black participation in the Vietnam War.

Carson spokesman Doug Watts could not immediately explain the discrepancies in Carson’s published account of meeting Westmoreland on Memorial Day 1969 and the general being in Washington that day.

“Dr. Carson was the top ROTC student in the city of Detroit,” Watts said in an email to The News. “In that role he was invited to meet General Westmoreland. He believes it was at a banquet. He can’t remember with specificity their brief conversation but it centered around Dr. Carson’s performance as ROTC City Executive Officer.”

Carson’s spokesman could not pinpoint whether Carson met Westmoreland in February 1969 in Detroit or on Memorial Day 1969 as detailed in his memoir.

“We believe he met Westmoreland at the banquet,” Watts told The New
 News."

Republican 2016 Candidates

It's Ben called a clown show but it's actually more like a perp walk because most of the candidate have a criminal past. The biggest criminals are Christie, Firorina, Ben Carson and Jeb Bush. The only ones who have not been exposed as criminals are Lindsey Graham and Donald Trump.

Obama Rejects Keystone Pipeline

Obama and Keystone

Earlier today, President Obama rejected the Keystone XL pipeline -- another in a growing list of strong moves to fight climate change.

Climate change deniers aka stupid Obama haters and brain dead tea baggers and their polluter allies have fought him every step of the way, and they've already said they'll fight as hard as they can on this too.

Will you stand with the President and fight for actions like this to take on climate change?

The Keystone XL pipeline was a risky plan to transport oil from the Canadian Tar Sands to refineries on the Gulf Coast.

Not only would it have made climate change worse, it would have added to the risk of dangerous spills in our heartland. The risk just isn't worth the reward -- because most of the oil would be exported to the world market, it wouldn't have put much of a dent in gas prices or made us more energy independent. And big claims about job creation just never added up.

As the President said this morning, the time to act on climate change is now. Not later, not someday, but right here right now -- and we can do it while creating jobs, saving money, and growing our economy.

We can reduce energy prices and create jobs by supporting the switch to clean energy. Wind and solar power have tripled in the last few years, costs are falling fast, and these booming industries provide hundreds of thousands of Americans with good paychecks. Real infrastructure investments from Congress wouldn't hurt, either.

President Obama has been fighting hard to stop climate change. Despite constant opposition from climate change deniers and their powerful polluter allies, we've made a lot of progress -- through investments in clean energy, a groundbreaking plan to cut carbon pollution from power plants, and through international agreements with big developing countries like China and India.

There's still a long way to go in this fight. But we can win it -- if everyone who believes in a cleaner, safer future stands up for what they believe.

Stand with President Obama and add your name to join the fight against climate change:

A Voice For Men A Feminist Hoax?

What's the difference between a band of Pygmies and a girl's track team? One a group of cunning runts. Feminists may not be smart but they are indeed cunning. I Fat Bastardo have been battling feminism for years and I thought that I could impart some wisdom to the fledgling men's rights movement so I graciously offered my insight to a Voice for Men via their forum. Here is what happened in the short lived thread Fat Bastardo Here

Either the "men" there are a bunch of whining pussies or they are feminists posing as men and as we know feminssts are whining cunts why wish they were men. Moreover, men who can't handle crazy bitches are crazy bitches themselves.

Fat Bastardo Here

I joined this site so that I can contribute to the debate is what seems like the age old battle of the sexes. I hope to bring some logic and reason to this issue with out pulling any punches.

I use parody to discredit bullshit and this third wave feminism is complete and utter bullshit. When you combine it with political correctness it because a very nasty combination.

I am also a man of science and science literally mean knowledge. Science is the great debunker.

I take feminism to task. I point out its hypocrisies and absurdities. While I think in theory feminism may have some merit, in practice it has been a disaster. Feminists need to be mocked and ridiculed and exposed and that is what I do.

The Liberal Tea Party Candidate Tea Pain

Teatardation it seems has no particular political stripe these days. There is now a liberal version/wing of the Tea Party. Learn more about them here: https://twitter.com/TeaPainUSA Click here for the TeaPain

Tea Pain, that's his real name, is running for president on the liberal Tea Party ticket. It you want straight talking American government, Tea Pain is your man.

We at Bigger Fatter Politics rarely endorse a candidate this early but after a discussion with members of our editorial staff, Rotunda Hindenberg, Jenna Talia and Aisle Blocker we have decided to endorse Tea Pain for POTUS.  We have read Tea Pain's position papers and we at Bigger Fatter Politics believe that Tea Pain is just what America need.

The Seven Tenets of the Liberal Tea Party

We ain't against bigger gub'ment or smaller gub'ment. We're against stupid gubment.

Just because others may not see things our way doesn't mean we don't love America.

A woman's body is hers... period!

American is beautiful. Love is beautiful. Marriage is for everyone.

Guns are for huntin and protectin. #NoGunNonsense.

All faiths including those with no faith are welcome.

We speak the truth but with grace and love.

Tea Pain's Quotes and Tweets:

Conservatives say the problem is Christianity ain't taught in schools. The real problem is Christianity ain't taught in church.

Soon Dr. Carson will be back to his old job of sewing sponges into patients' brains.
